Refund policy

We hope you will love your items but if for any reason you would like to return or exchange them then please ensure they are unopened or unworn and in perfect condition with the original tags on. 

Please email us at returns@twinkledust.co.uk and let us know whether you would like a refund or exchange, the reason for your return, and your order number, and we will process it!  

Please make sure you obtain proof of postage from the post office or use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for any items that do not arrive at Twinkledust Headquarters!

If for any reason we receive items that are not in perfect condition then we will not be able to offer a refund/exchange and they will be returned to you.

You have 14 days from receiving your items to refund/exchange them.
